Nikon Professional Services (NPS) is an organization that supports full-time professional photographers who earn their living using Nikon equipment by providing them with valuable assistance in a variety of fields.

Priority will be given for repairs to registered equipment.*1
Loan of replacement equipment is available in emergencies if repairs require considerable time, etc.*2
Equipment inspection and image sensor cleaning are available for registered equipment at NPS service centers.
Nikon Service Depot is set up for major cultural and sports events in each country to support the press. Free equipment inspection and minor repairing are available (with proof of accreditation). Loan of equipment will be offered in most cases and instructions for use will be provided. Proof of accreditation must be presented at the venue to receive support and services.

NPS Global Support and Services are dedicated support services for NPS members who are traveling in countries or areas away from where they are registered.
After their identity and membership have been confirmed, they may receive the following services for their registered equipment at NPS service centers:

Although digital products, lenses and some accessories are not currently covered by "The Nikon Worldwide Service Warranty", NPS Global Support and Services will apply a one-year service warranty from the day of purchase at the NPS Global Support and Service Network to them, even if they are registered in a different country. Proof of warranty and purchase date should be presented.
Priority for repairs is equivalent to that of an NPS service center's local members.
Replacement equipment will be the same or a model as close as possible to the one being repaired. The member's preferred equipment may not be available, depending on stock and availability in the relevant country.
